本機重量輕，體積小，噪音低。高效節能，動(dòng)態(tài)響應快，運轉速度穩定。本機集打空，壓線(xiàn)，分條一次性完成。

收放卷張力均采用磁粉張力控制系統。兩段電子計長(cháng)，長(cháng)度計算準確。

三．安裝注意事項：

Notice of instail ation

1．操作前操作員要仔細閱讀說(shuō)明書(shū)

Read the mtrodaction carefully before operator operating.

2．檢查復卷機四腳安裝是否平穩，機體有無(wú)接地線(xiàn)。

Check up wether the rewinder.s four feet is stable and the body of it is connected with ground electrode.

3．機器應安裝在通風(fēng)干燥處，四周物體距離紙帶機應大于2m

Installate it in airness and dryness places,and keep from other things about Two meters.

4．將紙帶機安全接地端子與接地保護線(xiàn)可靠連接，接頭必須擰緊。

Connect safe related land teminal with Jiedi protective line,and the Joint must screw down.

5．本機要有專(zhuān)人負責，專(zhuān)人使用.

The machine reqwire professor to see to.and professor use it.

四．面板功能示意圖

五．操作步驟。

Operation steps

1．將進(jìn)氣管接至復卷機空氣過(guò)濾器進(jìn)氣接口，接通輸入電源。

Connect Tntake-tube with intake-tube of air fliter of the rewinder,then get throagh entering power source.

2．打開(kāi)控制面板電源開(kāi)關(guān)。

Start the mains switch of contral panel.

3．設定復卷長(cháng)度方法如下。

The enactment methods are as the following.

a．按mode一次出現PS-1□□□□→,再按shift一次個(gè)位字閃，可用“ ”鍵移動(dòng)光標“△ ”鍵設定第一段長(cháng)度。

Presses SET once then appears AL□□□□→ge wei fsashs,use“＜”“△”to set the Length of AL egual to the first parts length.

b．再按mode一次出現PS-2□□□□→，可用“ ” 鍵移動(dòng)光標“△”鍵設定第二段長(cháng)度（第一段長(cháng)度數質(zhì)一定要小于第二段數質(zhì)）反之則不能計數。

Presses SET again, appeas SE□□□□→ge wei flashs, use“＜”“△”to set the length of the second part cnotice SE( SE≥AL）,Contraily it cant Count.

第二段為變頻器減速段，一般第一段小于第二段1---2米。例如；復卷長(cháng)度每卷為50米。第一段長(cháng)度設定為48米，第二段長(cháng)度設定為50米即可。計數完后自動(dòng)復位，也可按復位鍵后可以從新計數。

The second par is the decelerating section of transducer,generally,the second part is one—two meters longer than the first part.for example,each rewinding part is 50meters.Al is 48 meters,SE is 50 meters.，Pressing the reposition keg,count again.

5．紙帶走向。

Direction of panched tape.

a。①母卷：②過(guò)度光軸：③打孔軸：④壓線(xiàn)棍：⑤過(guò)度光軸：⑥分切刀軸：⑦收卷軸：

①main reel; ②guo du optical axis ③shu zhan stick. ④antis ticking roller. ⑤guo du optical axis. ⑥antistickings tick. ⑦reeling axis.

5：穿好紙帶，在收卷軸上套好紙管，把氣槍對準收卷氣脹軸的沖氣嘴沖氣至紙管不能打滑止。調節控制面板上的放卷殺車(chē)及收卷張力使收卷松緊適宜即可。（自動(dòng)沖氣收卷軸不需要打氣）

Wear panched tape,knoting paper tube on reeling axis,and use air gun aim at geeling gaseous directions mauth to chong qi until the paper tude does skid. Change the unreeling brake on contral panels and reeling pressure should make the degree of tightness right is ok.
